Led from the University of Strathclyde, the capacity building team works across the three AERS institutions, supported by our Advisory Board.

Our objectives:

• To develop a national infrastructure to enhance the educational research capacity of academic staff, especially those whose background is in professional practice rather than academic discipline.
  
  
• To develop this infrastructure in close coordination with the three AERS Research project networks, which aim to establish a coherent body of knowledge by which the Scottish national priorities for education can be addressed.
